The Senior Architecture Analyst will  assess existing applications, platforms, and integrations for scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency. Perform impact analysis for proposed changes across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations. Support technology selection by analyzing vendor solutions, platforms, and tools against architectural requirements. Contribute to build-versus-buy and modernization recommendations (e.g., cloud migration, platform consolidation).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and document technical architectures that align with enterprise standards and business goals
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure scalability, security, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to guide technical implementation
  • Identify opportunities for technology optimization and innovation within existing systems
  • Manage and maintain architectural artifacts and repositories
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architecture analysts
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical blueprints
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • 3 years of experience in application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture concepts
  • 2 years of technical experience in leadership (senior level mentoring acceptable)
  • 2 years of proven experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or equivalent enterprise platforms
  • Experience with Java, React and Typescript
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry or a similarly regulated environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
