Opportunity: We're hiring a Part-time Optometrist who can help us expand the Visionworks and VSP footprint across California. The ideal candidate can perform high-quality eye exams with friendly and compassionate service to facilitate a world-class patient experience. This optometrist will collaborate with clinical staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable environment for the best patient care possible. Candidates must have an OD Degree and a valid California state license.
We're seeking an optometrist who can manage through change, with strong communication and collaboration skills, EMR experience, comfort in a high-tech environment, and experience with digital eye exam equipment. This candidate will have high emotional intelligence and excellent critical thinking skills always putting patient care above all else.

Our practice has an excellent support system to help manage a successful practice allowing our doctors to focus on patient care.

What You'll Do: As part of our "One Team", you'll practice part-time providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, and visual and medical conditions. You'll perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings, handle eye emergencies, and collaborate with staff members. You will see approx. 10-20 patients daily with the help of five clinical employees to assist you.
