Join our dynamic eyecare team at Eye Lite Optometry in Los Altos as an Optician Technician, where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and optical services. In this vital role, you will assist licensed optometrists in delivering exceptional eye care, managing optical equipment, and supporting patient needs. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all patients. Duties

  • Prepare patients for eye examinations
  • Assist with fitting and adjusting eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring proper fit and comfort
  • Support laboratory tasks including frame adjustments, and quality control to ensure optimal product delivery
  • Manage retail sales of eyewear products, providing excellent customer service and product recommendations
  • Operate optical equipment such as lensometers, autorefractors, visual fields, and retinal camera

Experience
