As a premier faith-based, not-for-profit life plan community within National Lutheran Communities & Services, we're seeking a Community Services Concierge Supervisor who leads with purpose, warmth, and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation: $26.75 - $32.25 per hour (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

What you bring

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Previous leadership or management experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and lead the community receptionists' team, providing guidance, support and regular feedback.
  • Ensure resident and community satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service.
  • Coordinate room scheduling, vendor relationships, contracts, and myPotential Care Center appointments.
  • Maintain communication systems, including the Resident Information Center, mail/package delivery, directories, and check-in systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Independent Living residents and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with new resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into community life.
  • Plan and implement community and private events.
  • Oversee team member schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience Director.
  • Other duties as assigned
