Job description

We are seeking an Amazon SEO & Content Specialist to optimize and scale Amazon product content across a portfolio of supplement brands, with flagship brand as the primary focus.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who understands how strong product content, creative presentation, Amazon SEO, and customer insights work together to improve conversion. You will own and continuously improve product listings across a large Amazon catalog - from titles, bullets, product attributes, and backend content to listing images and A+ Content - while working closely with our Brand and Design teams to develop scalable content and creative frameworks, prioritize high-impact ASINs, identify conversion opportunities, and measure the results of content changes.

As the function grows, you will also help establish content standards, workflows, and best practices, with opportunities to take on broader platform responsibilities and grow into a team lead role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and continuously optimize Amazon product listings across supplement brand portfolio, with a strong focus on improving conversion rate, customer experience, and content quality.
  • Partner with Brand and Design teams to develop scalable creative frameworks for Amazon listing images, A+ Content / EBC, Brand Story, and other product detail page content, ensuring consistency across key product lines.
  • Audit and improve listing completeness and accuracy - titles, bullet points, product attributes, backend search terms, and other catalog information - across a large SKU portfolio.
  • Segment and prioritize ASINs based on business impact, and use Amazon SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance data to improve product discoverability and conversion.
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales performance to measure impact and run A/B tests; build repeatable content standards, templates, SOPs, and QA processes to scale results across the catalog.
Amazon SEO and Content Specialist Salary and Benefits:
  • Pay: $90,000-$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus incentives.
  • Health benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holidays
  • Monthly meal allowance
  • Free on-site parking, plus complimentary office snacks and drinks
Amazon SEO and Content Specialist Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon content, listing optimization, or Amazon SEO experience, ideally within consumer products, supplements, health, beauty, grocery, or another competitive e-commerce category.
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing Amazon product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, product attributes, A+ Content / EBC, backend content, and listing images or creative briefs.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization - including keyword research, relevance, indexing, and effective placement - and of conversion-rate optimization, connecting content changes to CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales.
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central and performance or keyword data to manage and prioritize content across multiple products, SKUs, or ASINs in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and build processes in a growing organization.
