A global nonprofit that provides trusted biological materials for science and health, ATCC is hiring a remote Senior Manager, Creative Marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand experiences that communicate complex scientific concepts through compelling creative. This role oversees the creative marketing ecosystem, including brand narrative development, B2B demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, event strategy, and customer loyalty initiatives, while managing marketing coordinators and aligning marketing efforts to support pipeline growth and brand engagement within the life sciences market.
Seeking Senior Manager, Creative Marketing, ideally with a background in B2B life sciences marketing and experience supporting demand generation, brand strategy, and integrated marketing programs. Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Narrative Development: Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing strategies and establish a cohesive brand narrative and messaging architecture across key B2B audiences. Apply story-driven branding principles to ensure consistent, customer-centered messaging across marketing assets and channels.
  • Demand Generation & Audience Engagement: Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline growth and measurable revenue impact. Implement audience segmentation and personalized nurture strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, development, execution, and deployment across channels. Monitor campaign performance through tracking, analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization of results.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and web channels to improve performance and audience reach.
  • Events, Creative Assets & Vendor Management: Direct event strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives. Oversee external vendors and guide the creation of on-brand creative assets to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise team operations, including staff management, cross-functional collaboration, budget oversight, and performance reporting. Mentor professional-level contributors and support alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years' experience, including 0-2 or more years' supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading professional-level individual contributors, supporting operational execution, performance management, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated brand and marketing strategies within a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of campaign performance measurement, analytics, reporting, and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating across SEO, SEM, paid media, and web marketing channels.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing within the life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or related scientific industry.
  • Preferred: Experience leading event strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and creative partners while maintaining brand consistency across channels.

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
