Clinical Optimization Specialist Minneapolis (Field-Based)
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Optimization Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.
  • Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators.
  • Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs.
  • Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.
  • Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step-down units.
  • RN or PA license required; BSN or higher preferred.
  • Strong cardiopulmonary clinical background.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (23 nights/week).
  • Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
