Senior Paid Search Analyst / Digital Marketing Manager 

The Senior Paid Search Analyst / Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all paid activities across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Advertising. This includes strategy creation and implementation, troubleshooting account issues, and occasional attendance at client meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEM and social media advertising initiatives and campaigns.
  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize ad copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance on accounts in the form of ad creation, keyword discovery, and new campaign strategy
  • Support account management and client requests.
  • Report on account results to account management and clients
  • Train on new trends and strategies with other media managers.
  • Keep tabs on the current landscape of SEM and SMM


Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience managing SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns
  • Must have current Google Ads certification.
  • Must have current Microsoft Ads certification.
  • Must have Google Analytics certification.
  • Proven track record of successful SEM management (references required).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • CSS/JavaScript Experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
