  • Engineers having good experience on bringing up optical boards like ROADMs, Amplifiers, RAMAN, OTDR at the card and system level.
  • Architects and developers with deep hands-on experience in optical control loops: VOAs, OCMs, ROADM and amplifier control architectures
  • Strong C++ engineers especially those who understand multi-threaded systems design at scale.
  • Senior engineers (5+ years) with extensive SW design depth
  • Engineers having experience collaborating with firmware and hardware teams and know how to drive firmware specifications collaboratively.
  • Optical firmware developers
  • A real plus: anyone with domain knowledge in Optical Protection and Restoration
  • And increasingly critical: engineers who are already embracing AI-assisted development Cursor AI /Claude Code , AI DLC models, the whole modern toolchain.
  • Engineers having GX software and/or test experience.
