Our site inChaskaisseekinganOperations Admin Assistantto join ourteam.In this role, you willprovide administrative support to the production supervisors, manufacturing managers, site director, and other operations leaders.This rolerequires strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, technicalproficiency, communication, and professionalism.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Primary duties are to support plant supervisors,assistingwithadministrative duties,supportingthe onboardingofnew hires, andensuringsmooth operations across operations departments

  • Orderingmiscellaneoussupplies for supervisors, managers, and EHS team

  • Cascading communications frommanagers, EHS, HR,etc.to employees via email, communications boards,Enplugsystem, flyer creation

  • Schedulingmeetings,trainings, events,and coordinating the ordering of food for these gatherings

  • Performingbasic clerical duties, file maintenance, copying and editing documents, spreadsheet creation, coordinating business/travel arrangements

  • Occasionallyassistsupervisor and managers with employee related documents

  • Assistwith closing work orders when needed

  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned

What We Seek:

  • 2+ yearspreviousexperience in an administrative capacity

  • High School Diploma orGEDrequired

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, asappropriate forthe needs of the audience

  • Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals

  • Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance, both on a team and individually

  • Intermediate level ofproficiencywith MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

  • Can perform repetitive hand movements due to frequent keyboard use

  • Must wearappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE)-such as safety glasses, hearing protection and/or steeltoe footwearas needed when working on production floor
