Sibi Ops Team Representative
At Sibi we're looking for an Operations Team Representative to join our crew.
Full-time • Sibi
Sibi (pronounced: see-bee) is modernizing the antiquated procurement industry. We are simplifying the process of building and improving a property by connecting manufacturers, contractors, and homeowners directly on one platform.
At Sibi, we strive for a culture where teamwork is the epicenter of everything we do because innovation is dependent on diverse perspectives. As a company that ships software in an ever-evolving industry, we favor "shipped" over "perfect," betting on incremental delivery without sacrificing quality. We move fast, with confidence, at a sustainable pace.
About the job
This role is the support operations hub of the Sibi business - the front line for all incoming customer needs across calls, emails, intercom, Slack, and more. You'll become deeply familiar with the Sibi ordering platform, our products, and the way the business runs end to end, allowing you to handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively across every channel.
This isn't just a support role - it's a foundation. The knowledge and know-how you build here will give you a complete picture of how Sibi operates, setting you up for growth and advancement as you build your career with us.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels - calls, email, intercom, Slack, and more
  • Handle questions related to order status, delivery issues, and product information
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer concerns
  • Use provided software to track customer interactions and resolutions
  • Schedule contractors and manage jobs
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver the best possible experience to every customer
  • Work from our Sibi office from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
About you:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Professional and friendly - someone who can build genuine rapport with customers quickly
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and able to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • High school degree or equivalent; further education or experience is a plus
Benefits:
  • Employee health insurance fully covered
  • Dental, vision, and other ancillary benefit plans available
  • FSA & HSA options
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Learning & continuing education budget
  • Free Sibi swag
  • Daily lunch provided in-office
  • Stocked beverage fridges, coffee & snacks galore in-office
  • Office cold plunge, infrared sauna & ping pong
