The successful LCSW will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns and outlining effective treatment plans based on solution-focused practices.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual needs.
• Maintaining rigorous documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a cohesive treatment approach for patients.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
• Providing support and education to patients and their families regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest research in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your practice to optimize patient outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective relationship-building with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Previous experience in remote or telehealth work settings.
