• Group Therapy: Facilitate interactive group sessions where clients can share experiences, build connections, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that focus on exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; guiding them in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans for their mental health journey.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations for recovery.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using various assessment tools and client feedback, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other mental health professionals to discuss client care, coordinate treatment efforts, and provide insight on complex cases to improve overall service delivery.

This role primarily serves young adults grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. Your expertise will enable clients to navigate their difficulties effectively and foster a sense of stability and progress as they pursue their goals.

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential for this position.
• Licensure: You must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in the state of Oregon.
• Clinical Experience: Proven experience working with clients facing mental health disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in various therapeutic methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Strong documentation skills are also crucial in maintaining accurate client records.

• Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms, as this role includes the possibility of teletherapy.

• Competitive annual salary between USD 85,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
