Our mission is to empower individuals through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care strategies.

Work Environment

In our fully remote setting, we prioritize flexibility to meet the needs of our therapists and their patients. Our mental health specialists enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexible hours to accommodate patient needs. This arrangement allows you to maintain a work-life balance while positively impacting the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at educating clients on coping strategies and fostering a sense of community.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies.
  • Guide patients in understanding their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options thoroughly, and connect them with valuable community resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate, confidential records adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
  • Stay informed of the latest best practices and research advancements in mental health therapy to ensure high-quality care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, facing challenges related to mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will have the opportunity to create lasting impacts by tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific cultural and emotional needs of each individual, couple, or family.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, along with proven experience in therapeutic modalities and assessment techniques.
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of contexts, ensuring a good match for diverse client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Solid judgment and commitment to maintaining ethical and professional boundaries.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and similar applications in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in community mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention and the ability to respond calmly and effectively during high-stress situations.
  • Previous involvement in interdisciplinary networking or community outreach programs.
  • Continued education in specialized therapeutic modalities that enhance client care, such as trauma-informed care or addiction counseling.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an enticing sign-on bonus. In addition to financial compensation, employees benefit from a comprehensive healthcare benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also provide a retirement savings plan with employer contributions, generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay, as well as professional liability insurance.
