You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed clinicians, to offer coordinated patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that not only address common mental health issues but also create a sense of community among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to develop holistic treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services and be available for mental health emergencies, supporting patients during critical situations.
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring all patient information is securely managed.
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse demographic, addressing a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Solid understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and design effective treatment regimens based on individual needs.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse population.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to therapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly in outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and delivering services via remote platforms.
• Specializations in treating specific populations, such as adolescents or those with substance use issues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
