Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluative sessions to accurately identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that address mental health challenges.
  • Provide individual therapy while utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques that encourage personal development and emotional healing.
  • Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to share insights, devise solutions, and enhance therapeutic approaches.
  • Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults and children, each dealing with various mental health challenges. This role encompasses providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, allowing you to employ holistic approaches tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of each client. Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Illinois.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with adult and child/adolescent populations in therapeutic settings.
  • Strong skills in both individual and couples counseling, showcasing a breadth of therapeutic techniques.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with empirically supported therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses.
