Key Responsibilities

As an LICSW at Reach Psych Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' unique situations and needs, developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that foster resilience and promote mental health recovery.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring all documentation is compliant with HIPAA regulations, which is crucial for safeguarding client privacy.
  • Collaborating with a team of diverse mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care for your clients.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, continually refining your clinical skills and enhancing the effectiveness of therapy offered to clients.
  • Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications
