The Infosoft Counseling, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselors to join our innovative and supportive team. This full-time remote role allows for flexibility in your work schedule, including options for evening and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to identify individual client needs, ensuring informed and tailored treatment plans.
• Develop customized treatment strategies while incorporating evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients’ specific challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to express their emotions and share experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to devise integrated care plans that promote holistic healing.
• Engage clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing them with education and resources to support their loved one's recovery.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent doctoral level licensure.
• A master’s or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health principles.
• Proven experience or specialized training in various therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices, including but not limited to mindfulness and solution-focused therapies, applicable to a wide range of mental health issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong teamwork capabilities to promote integrated care approaches within our treatment community.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings where remote care has been implemented, demonstrating adaptability to technology-driven practices.
• Familiarity with treatment strategies tailored to both individual and group therapy contexts.
• Experience advocating for clients or participating in community outreach programs that promote mental health awareness and access.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
