Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LICSW, you will be responsible for various critical tasks that contribute to our mission of delivering personalized mental health care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Implementing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance the quality of interpersonal and clinical services.
  • Providing education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.
  • Staying informed about the latest research in mental health to improve treatment methodologies and outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The client base at Reach Psych Care consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. As an LICSW, your work will cater to diverse populations, including adults, children, and families, requiring a tailored approach to effectively address their distinct needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring your academic achievements in the field.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state, reflecting your professional qualifications.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience, providing a wealth of knowledge in psychotherapy and mental health interventions.
  • Proven understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, positioned to adapt methods to suit individual needs effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
