Work Environment

This position is designed for both full-time and part-time professionals who thrive in a remote work setting within an outpatient office framework. Our approach allows therapists to engage in telemedicine consultations while also offering the opportunity to conduct in-person sessions as needed. The operational hours are structured to ensure a healthy work-life balance—working Monday to Friday for full-time and flexible scheduling from Monday to Saturday for part-time employees, with no weekend obligations. We emphasize the importance of mental health for both our clients and our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring respectful and empathetic therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs, use the information to develop effective treatment plans, and adapt them as necessary based on client progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to ensure holistic care is provided.
• Maintain articulate and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

Your work will directly benefit a diverse array of clients, including individuals, families, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, ensuring a deep foundation in mental health principles.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, ensuring compliance in all therapeutic interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Prior experience working in hybrid settings (both remote and in-person) would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools is beneficial to facilitating efficient client management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
