In this position you will:

  • Assist with internal and external quality audits; monitor corrective actions and ensure compliance with Eaton and industry standards.
  • Drive process standardization and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Maintain and improve key quality systems including non-conformance tracking, customer feedback, document control, and asset management
  • Analyze quality and operational data using Power BI; develop dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead or support CI projects using methodologies like PDSA, A3, PROLaunch, and Six Sigma DMAIC.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce variation, defects, and waste across processes.
  • Facilitate CI events (e.g., RIEs, Kaizen) and provide analytical support to improvement teams.
  • Train and coach employees on quality tools and CI methodologies to build a culture of operational excellence.
  • Promote best practice sharing across the division and Eaton's global network.
  • Support cost-out initiatives by tracking savings and contributing to productivity goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and departments to align CI efforts with business needs.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, operations, or continuous improvement roles.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) and ISO 9001 standards)
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Microsoft Power BI, to analyze quality data and present performance metrics.
