Now, we're embarking on our most ambitious project yet: building a groundbreaking, blockchain-powered esports data analytics system from the ground up. This is not a minor feature—it's a core initiative with significant backing, and the mission to revolutionize how esports data is verified, owned, and experienced.

We will process massive, real-time in-game data and leverage smart contracts to create a transparent ecosystem of verifiable player stats, on-chain achievements, and a new layer of fan engagement. We are assembling a dedicated, top-tier "special ops" team of 6-8 engineers to own this foundational project over a 9-15 month timeline. This is your chance to design, architect, and build a world-class system at the intersection of data and blockchain.

Developing & Deploying Smart Contracts: Creating secure, efficient smart contracts for on-chain player achievements, verifiable stats (via oracles), and fan engagement mechanics. The ideal candidate has: Proven experience in one of the core roles listed above.

For Blockchain Roles: Hands-on experience with Solidity and deploying smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains (L2 experience is a huge plus). For Backend Roles: Strong expertise in Node.js, or similar, and experience building scalable, data-intensive systems.
