OPERATOR III (LEAD OPERATOR)

Location: Arlington, TX
Shifts Available:

  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    SignOn Bonus: Up to $5,000

Operator III – Lead Operator

We are seeking an experienced Operator III (Lead Operator) to run and lead operations on our converting and finishing lines. This role is ideal for candidates with strong machine operation experience who want to lead a team, maintain high production standards, and support continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do:
  • Lead setup, operation, and optimization of converting and finishing equipment
  • Maintain quality standards and consistent product output
  • Oversee inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, and cutters
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and work to minimize downtime
  • Train and guide crew members throughout the shift
  • Maintain accurate documentation and job records
  • Support safety, organization, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain smooth shifttoshift communication

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience operating industrial or converting equipment
  • Leadership or teamlead experience in a production environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performance
