Job description

Production Operator

Are you mechanically inclined? Like working with your hands? Want to be part of a team that makes things happen every single day?

We’re looking for Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team across several departments. If you enjoy staying busy, working with equipment, and taking pride in quality work — this could be a great fit for you.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operating production equipment safely and efficiently (presses, extrusion lines, and other machinery)
  • Loading materials and handling finished parts
  • Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Trimming, finishing, labeling, and packing products as required
  • Performing visual and/or measured inspections using basic tools
  • Completing production and inspection paperwork
  • Reporting equipment, safety, or quality concerns
  • Assisting with basic machine maintenance as trained
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized (5S mindset)

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality parts!

What It Takes
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Comfortable standing and walking up to 12 hour shifts

  • Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

1st Shift: Mon–Thurs 6:30 AM–4:00 PM; OT Fri–Sun 5:00 AM–2:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sun night–Thurs 9:00 PM–6:30 AM; OT Thurs night–Sun 7:30 PM–5:00 AM
12-hr shifts may be required: 6:30–6:30 (day/night)
