What You’ll DoAs a Machine Operator in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with advanced recycling and production equipment while developing valuable manufacturing skills.
- Learn to operate and support a closed-loop recycling system that transforms plastic scrap into high-quality thermoplastic products
- Assist with production line operations, including machine setup, monitoring, and adjustments
- Palletize finished materials and prepare products for shipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Help maintain continuous production by loading/unloading materials and replenishing supplies
- Work closely with experienced operators and team members to keep the line running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Interest in becoming a skilled Machine Operator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (24/7 operation)
- Previous machine operation experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate!
Pay & Schedule- 💲 $19.50 – $21.50 per hour
- 🕒 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
