Machine Operator Helper โ€“ West Bend, Wisconsin
Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Weโ€™re recruiting Machine Operator Helpers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Machine Operator Helper, you will assist with operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role involves material handling, setup support, quality checks, and routine machine maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Helper:
โ€ข Help operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
โ€ข Load raw materials and assist with machine setup for production runs.
โ€ข Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
โ€ข Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
โ€ข Interpret and follow technical blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
โ€ข Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or quality issues.
โ€ข Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Machine Operator Helper Requirements and Qualifications:
