Job description

Summit Golf Brands designs and sources high-end golf apparel and sportswear worn at more than 3,000 accounts in over 25 countries, from leading country clubs and resorts to our own online shop. Behind every crest we put on a garment is a team that takes real pride in precise, well-made work, and we're looking for an Embroidery Operator to join that team in Barneveld, WI.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, cares about getting details right, and wants a steady, full-time position with a company that invests in its people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to apply club logos and crests to garments with precision and care
  • Follow production work order instructions for logo placement, thread colors, and garment location
  • Hoop garments accurately and efficiently, standing for extended periods as the role requires
  • Send logo files to the embroidery machine using our computer programs
  • Pull and set up thread colors per the work order, load them correctly, and return them to the thread rack when the job is complete
  • Monitor each run for proper tension, thread breaks, and jump stitches, and flag anything unusual to your supervisor
  • Trim backing and threads on longer-running jobs as time allows
  • Scan the start and end time of each job task using our tracking system
  • Keep your work area clean and organized at the end of every shift
  • Be available to work mandatory Saturdays

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
