PowerDash is on a mission to facilitate the transition to renewable energy by enabling stakeholders to realize the full value of their renewable energy systems. We provide a web application that our customers use to monitor, optimize, and monetize their energy systems, in addition to acting as an approved reporter for Renewable Portfolio Standard incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee finance operations, including subscription renewal management
  • Fulfill equipment sales orders, including processing orders, handling some partner integration tasks, and sending invoices
  • Manage procurement/fulfillment relationships for equipment sales associated with commercial system monitoring orders
  • Help implement AI-based functions to reduce repetitive operations tasks while ensuring quality customer support, both in external platforms like Zendesk and in our own app
  • Conduct tax reporting, including sales tax reporting
  • Improve contract management, using automations
  • Manage our relationship with our external bookkeeping consulting firm
  • Oversee some Human Resources functions, using tools like Gusto and Workable
