Master Training Instructor MRTC PR/SERE HRTI Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a dynamic Master Training Instructor MRTC PR/SERE HRTI to assist the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) in their training initiatives. MARFORSOC has tasked the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) to train, equip, and protect its personnel; to prepare them for potential isolating events, enhance recovery efforts, and reduce the potential for exploitation of captured personnel. This will be accomplished through Personnel Recovery (PR) and SERE training and education at Camp Lejeune, NC. Position requires an active SECERT clearance. Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Driven by its mission-focused approach, the company seeks top talent to develop impactful solutions.  Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.     Qualifications: * Meet the Master Training Instructor MRTC PR/SERE requirements and have been awarded the MRTC PR/SERE Master training instructor rating.
* Must be nominated in writing by the Task Lead to perform instructor training duties IAW the SOW and PR/SERE requirements.
* Minimum of 20 courses conducting training independently in a FSLC SERE Course as Certified HRTI at the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program.
* Must also meet all requirements of a PR/SERE Senior Instructor
* Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 
Responsibilities * SERE Instructors are expected to be subject matter experts (SMEs) in all aspects of PR/SERE Training consistent with assigned section duties and instructor certifications IAW JPRA SERE Training and Education Guides 28 March 2016:
* Preparation and Planning, Evasion, Resistance, Captivity Resolution, Support to Recovery.
* All SERE contractor personnel shall be responsible for accomplishing tasks such as the following: Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for all course material.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Work Location: In person  Experience: * Perform instructor training duties IAW the SOW: 5 years (Preferred)
* HRTI SERE Instructor duties: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: * Certified HRTI at the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program (Preferred)
* MRTC PR/SERE Master training instructor rating (Preferred)
