Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Associate to support our A&I commercial team through Salesforce administration, sales reporting, and business analytics.
Goal: Improve visibility into sales activity, pipeline management, territory performance, and opportunity tracking while supporting the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor Salesforce usage, adoption, and data accuracy across the sales team
  • Assist with development of sales dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Generate reports related to:
    • Net sales by territory and salesperson
    • New order acquisition
    • Pipeline and future opportunities
    • Sales activity and forecasting
  • Help maintain data integrity and reporting consistency within Salesforce
  • Support integration between net sales reporting and pipeline activity tracking
  • Assist with digital lead generation and campaign support, including AI-driven research tools
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to sales leadership and regional managers
  • Support customer visits, trade shows, and marketing activities as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
