Job description

The Operations Leader has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old for this job.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership and team for ongoing hospitality, customer service, and kitchen support
  • Responsible for inventory and facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
  • Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes in the restaurant
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
