Location: 3235 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096
Responsibilities:
  • Lead new warehouse setup projects, including layout review, SOP development, and KPI design
  • Analyze operational processes and drive improvement initiatives
  • Lead WMS enhancement activities (uploads, testing, validation)
  • Develop and implement cost-reduction and productivity-improvement strategies
  • Develop training programs and conduct operational training for site teams
  • Analyze operational KPIs and drive improvement action plans
  • Collaborate with PI, IT, and operations teams to improve overall warehouse efficiency
  • Serve as PM for new customer onboarding or operational transition projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 5~7+ years of warehouse/logistics operations experience
  • Required: WMS/ERP operational experience and improvement project involvement
  • Preferred: B2B/B2C fulfillment experience
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
