Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installation Coordinator - Scheduling & Operations to coordinate residential HVAC installations from sale through completion. You'll work closely with customers, installers, sales, field leadership, logistics, and internal teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.
You don't need HVAC experience to succeed in this role. If you have experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, project coordination, administration, or operations, your skills could transfer well.

The Big Task
As an HVAC Installation Coordinator - Scheduling & Operations, you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure residential HVAC installations stay on track.
You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and field teams, track permits and payments, coordinate installation details, and solve problems before they become bigger problems.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
  • Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
  • Monitor projects from sale through completion.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and approved time off.
  • Coordinate gas line installations from scheduling through completion.
  • Monitor permits and customer balances and partner with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and installation records.
  • Process paperwork, payments, permits, and required documentation.
  • Use ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, Wells Fargo, Synchrony, and other company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
