Job description

Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for a reliable, flexible, and experienced Field Support Coordinator to support both our clients and caregiving team in the field. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to frequent schedule changes, and is passionate about providing high-quality care and leadership support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial care for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and quality care
  • Cover shifts in caregiver call-out situations until permanent coverage is assigned
  • Assist with Start of Care (SOC) visits and client introductions
  • Meet caregivers in the field to provide support, training, and skill evaluations
  • Ensure caregivers are following the Plan of Care (POC)
  • Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports
  • Assist with office duties when needed, including answering phones and relaying information to management
  • Participate in on-call rotation one week per month
  • Support daily operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • STNA Certification REQUIRED
  • Reliable transportation REQUIRED
  • Must be willing and able to drive up to 100 miles per day
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Weekend availability as needed

Schedule

  • Flexible hours between 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • 40-hour work week required
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM unless otherwise directed
