🏆 Qualifications
  • Must have previous supervisory/management experience
  • Must have Hilton PEP Operating System experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hotel management experience (AGM experience a plus!)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and inventory control
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, OnQ, etc.)
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
💪 Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to perform occasional physical tasks as needed
