We are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Generalist & Office Manager to join our dynamic, growing team
In this role you will be the go-to person for HR processes and office operations, making our team feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work.

Required:
U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry).
Bachelor's degree in HR' Business administration or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, office management, or people operations (startup experience is a plus)
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.
Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on execution.
Organized, proactive, and resourceful - able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture
Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast -paced' growing environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, support performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with HR best practices and local labor regulations
Coordinate closely with international HR team.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to the leadership.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and keep the workspace running smoothly.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
Plan team gatherings, off sites, and company events in collaboration with leadership.
