Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position TBA. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Position Location: MacDill AFB, FL (On-site)

About the Role:

The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support joint exercise planning and execution.
  • Develop training scenarios and objectives.
  • Coordinate across joint/interagency partners.
  • Support readiness assessments and reporting.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years SOF experience.
  • Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+.
  • 3+ years JTS experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Exercise control (EXCON) experience. (preferred)
  • Training development and scenario writing. (preferred)
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Top Secret Clearance

US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
