Job description

Support the buildout of warehouse, supply chain, and logistics operations for a new GMP CDRMO facility. This role focuses on standing up systems, processes, and infrastructure rather than routine day‑to‑day operations.

Please note: this internship is on-site daily at our Middletown, DE facility. We will not consider candidates that need to relocate.  

  • Assist with warehouse setup: layout, racking, bin structures, labeling, and material flow mapping.
  • Support SAP implementation: master data setup, transaction testing, and documentation of workflows.
  • Help develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Participate in establishing shipping/receiving workflows, cold‑chain procedures, and courier setups.
  • Contribute to readiness activities: 5S, equipment commissioning, mock runs, and audit preparation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP and GDP expectations.
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in building systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.
  • Basic Excel skills; ERP/SAP exposure is a plus.
