Responsibilities

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters in Norfolk, VA

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Ten (10) – Fifteen (15) years in program management of DoD/Navy IT or C4S systems
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • 8570 certification: IAM Level III.
  • Program Management Professional Certification

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Master’s preferred)

Clearance

  • Secret.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee execution of cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework/Assessment and Authorization (RMF/A&A), and compliance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain management, task, and quality assurance plans.
  • Ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met.
  • Lead lessons-learned and process improvement activities.
