Job description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a NAVSEA Naval Shipyard Support Office (NSSO) client. This role requires strong knowledge of DoD program management, contractor oversight, and government contract administration, while providing overall program leadership and contract management, ensuring quality control and compliance with contract requirements, and managing program deliverables, schedules, and resources. This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $154,000 - $169,291 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Core Duties: Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs Negotiate and prepare contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements Develop new business and expand product line Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and direct work of staff assigned to program from various departments Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations Prepare proposals to win new programs Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
