Job description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 10–15 years of federal IT program management, with 5+ years managing multi-task IDIQs or BPAs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a large-scale federal IT operations portfolio exceeding $400M in total contract value.
  • Transportation Experience Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • PMP required; ITIL v4 Foundation or higher preferred.

 Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Clearance

  • Public Trust – Moderate Risk (or ability to obtain) 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides executive-level oversight of all task orders across Infrastructure and End-User domains. Serves as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer, COR, and government program stakeholders. Ensures SLA compliance, deliverable quality, and resource alignment across task orders.

  • Lead and manage program execution, risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Oversee all sub-task areas including Infrastructure Ops, Endpoint Engineering, Data Center Ops, and NOC/SOC services.
  • Maintain contract compliance and coordinate with OCIO and component IT offices.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, performance dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Implement governance, risk, and compliance controls consistent with FISMA and NIST 800-53.
  • Provide executive oversight of a large, complex portfolio of IT operations programs valued at over $400M.

WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range:$145,000 - $195,000.The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
