We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee customer programs from order entry through production and delivery while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer programs and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate projects from initial order through production, shipping, and delivery.
- Work closely with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure on-time execution.
- Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or production issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Review customer requirements, engineering changes, and project timelines.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Ensure customers receive timely communication regarding orders, schedules, and project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, manufacturing, or customer account management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and business software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in precision manufacturing or industrial production.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
