Are you a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee customer programs from order entry through production and delivery while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer programs and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate projects from initial order through production, shipping, and delivery.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure on-time execution.
  • Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or production issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Review customer requirements, engineering changes, and project timelines.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure customers receive timely communication regarding orders, schedules, and project updates.

Qualifications
