About the Role

The role of the Program Manager assumes overall responsibility for fleet health monitoring and reporting (safety, efficiency, compliance). The role holder will be accountable for operational excellence programs related to Moove AV Fleet services. A key contributor to the team, you will work closely with market level General Managers and central support functions to ensure that performance is managed and tracked, and that the fleet operation is effective and efficient.


What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and utilize data inputs and KPI’s in advanced analyses to inform operational adjustments and long-term technical solutions

  • Manage cross-departmental projects to support on ground operations

  • Develop standard operating and change management processes.

  • Identify trends within the data and (in collaboration with the operations team) develop rigorous pilots and experiments to address areas for improvement

  • Liaison with teams to ensure the right processes and escalation paths are in place

  • Lead the change management and communications strategy for complex business-driven programs, assessing the needs of the project, developing and getting agreement, implementing plans, and tracking effectiveness.

  • Work with partners to ensure the successful evolution and execution of Moove AV programs.

  • Work on a revolving set of high impact priorities and projects.

  • Contribute to programs by developing and realizing overall operations strategy, defining scope of work, understanding requirements, implementing new processes, and contributing to ongoing operational process improvements.

  • Support ongoing performance reporting

What you will need for this position
  • Bachelor's degree, or in lieu of a degree, an additional 2+ years of work experience with program management in operations, strategy, and planning

  • At least 3+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, project management, industrial engineering, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements

  • Experience driving complex projects

  • Strong preference for someone who is experienced with Kaizen framework and processes

  • Familiarity with and strong preference to use AI tools to run operations and solve problems rather than hiring headcount

  • Familiarity with project management through ASANA

  • Change management experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Strategy, project management, and data analysis experience. Facility with spreadsheets and financial modeling is a must

  • Availability and willingness to work outside of normal office hours

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present at all levels within the organization

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a track record of managing organisational systems

  • Growth oriented with a proven track record of scaling up products and new geographies

  • The ability to work autonomously in a decentralised organisation

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
