This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
• Burger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferred
• Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent
• Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
