Maintain the program source of truth, including schedules, action registers, key metrics, risks, and recovery plans.

Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks related to supply readiness, manufacturing readiness, quality, cost, capacity, and schedule.

Run program kickoff meetings and ongoing cross-functional reviews to align stakeholders on priorities, ownership, and execution status.

Serve as the primary operations and supply chain interface for program status, issues, tradeoffs, and escalation paths.

Create concise executive updates, dashboards, and decision-support materials for leadership review.

Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to support DFM/DFA, process transfer, line readiness, validation activities, and production ramp planning.

Coordinate NPI readiness across suppliers and manufacturing partners, including qualification timing, material readiness, process validation, and launch execution.

Support supplier selection and qualification efforts by coordinating cross-functional inputs, readiness reviews, audit follow-up, and risk-based assessments.

Drive BOM readiness, change control coordination, and supply continuity planning throughout the product lifecycle.

Help establish scalable operating mechanisms, reporting tools, and program management disciplines that improve execution and visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving suppliers, contract manufacturers, and production scale-up.

Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier industrialization, NPI, and production ramp execution.

Proven ability to build and manage integrated schedules, drive issue resolution, and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders and sites.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data, metrics, and structured problem solving to support decisions and drive accountability.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare crisp executive summaries and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Commercial and operational fluency working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners; familiarity with MSAs, long-term supply agreements, and change management processes is a plus.
