  • Build and update OKR dashboards and business performance reports that surface issues early
  • Prep materials for quarterly business reviews, executive offsites, and board planning sessions
  • Continuously improve our planning templates, frameworks, and tools based on what's working
  • Document processes and create operating guides so planning cycles run smoother each time
  • Drive resource allocation analysis and replan processes, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, headcount, and program capacity - Exploring AI-assisted scenario modeling to improve planning accuracy
  • Identify ways to optimize our operating model and driving speed and adaptability of our planning model in the business in a AI-Native way
  • Design and maintain a real-time enterprise portfolio view of major initiatives, resourcing, interdependencies, and performance against plan

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with leads across Product, GTM, Finance, and Ops to collect inputs, align on priorities, and track commitments
  • Facilitate planning meetings and working sessions to drive alignment and decisions
  • Manage ad hoc requests from leadership team that require quick turnaround and clear recommendations

This is a hybrid US role with a strong preference for candidates based in the bay area.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
  • 8-10+ years in management consulting, strategy, or business operations roles
  • Direct experience supporting or running components of annual planning, OKR processes, or portfolio management
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable in Excel and building executive presentations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can distill complexity into clarity
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
  • Experience in consumer tech, subscription businesses, or digital health is a plus
