About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Opcenter MES Program Manager to lead enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES) programs within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing MES implementations, preferably with Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platforms, along with expertise in manufacturing operations, program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.

This role requires end-to-end program management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and successful delivery of large-scale manufacturing technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end MES implementation programs using Siemens Camstar / Opcenter Core
  • Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
  • Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, sponsors, engineering teams, and vendors
  • Drive manufacturing transformation initiatives aligned with operational goals
  • Manage risks, dependencies, critical path items, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality delivery using established project management methodologies
  • Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation across project teams
  • Prepare and present program status reports to leadership and stakeholders
