JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced ETO Program Operations & Results Delivery Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). This is a hands-on program operations role focused on driving execution, governance, workstream coordination, executive readiness, and operational discipline across multiple transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the transformation office, ensuring actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive priorities are tracked and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Governance
Manage ETO operating cadence, meeting schedules, and governance processes. Coordinate workstream activities and maintain integrated program visibility. Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Maintain executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and summaries. Support leadership forums and executive decision-making processes.
Workstream Coordination
Coordinate updates across multiple transformation workstreams. Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and execution challenges. Drive accountability and follow-up with stakeholders. Maintain consolidated workstream plans and reporting mechanisms.
Executive Readiness & Reporting
Prepare executive presentations and briefing materials. Support leadership reviews and governance boards. Maintain decision logs and executive action trackers. Ensure timely follow-up of leadership decisions and action items.
Change, Communications & Stakeholder Alignment
Coordinate communication, training, and change management activities. Track stakeholder engagement and readiness initiatives. Align transformation milestones with communication and adoption plans.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain governance repositories, meeting records, and program documentation. Establish templates, reporting standards, and knowledge-sharing practices. Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to improve collaboration and productivity.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline governance and operating processes. Improve visibility, accountability, and execution discipline. Recommend automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Enterprise Transformation, Business Operations, or large-scale initiative coordination.
Experience supporting senior executives and leadership governance forums.
Strong experience managing actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision tracking.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed environment.
Strong meeting facilitation and governance experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise Transformation Office experience.
Transformation PMO / Results Delivery Office experience.
IT Transformation or Digital Transformation experience.
