Wellness Coordinator - Spa Receptionist
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Wellness Coordinator - Spa Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for helping guests plan their spa day, answering questions, & booking guests for spa services.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
$14/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system upon arrival and charging for services performed.
  • Properly open and close spa each day according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with providing detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available and up-sell products and services when appropriate.

What We're Looking For
  • Exposure to hospitality/salon/spa customer service environment for a minimum of two years is preferred
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
