As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team and support our Sales team/function.


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless post-sale experience for our customers, supporting the sales team with order processing, and coordinating operations for timely deliveries.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Operations

  • Help process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Confirming all documentation and payments are received.
  • Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all order details are complete and accurate.
  • Create task for the logistics team to coordinate deliveries.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Help schedule and coordinate container deliveries & pickups with logistics partners and customers.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery timelines.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts or delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • In gating incoming inventory, create labels to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform internal transfers in ERP for inventory purposes

Customer Success (Post-Sale Support)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale is completed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Help create a Net Promoter Score process to gain insight on customer feedback and drive process improvement
  • Be responsible for the "Thank You" card initiative and coordinate with sales team


Requirements

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
